The North Carolina Sweetpotato Commission – or NCSPC for short – is a non-profit organisation made up of over 400 sweetpotato growers, producers, packers, processors and business associates in the state of North Carolina.

The NCSPC aims to increase awareness and consumption of sweetpotatoes from North Carolina through recipe development, social media, and education.

Liquid has been appointed as the European integrated agency for the promotion of sweet potatoes, on behalf of the North Carolina SweetPotato Commission (NCSPC), a non-profit organisation made up of over 400 growers, producers, packers, processors and business associates from the US state of North Carolina.
