ESG Policy
Introduction
Liquid is a global, integrated and award-winning creative consultancy formed on the fundamental values of respect, integrity and honesty.
We believe that our role as a business is to act with respect, honesty and integrity to each other, our clients, our work and our environment. We all have a role in helping to address some of the complex challenges facing our global community and our operations seek to reflect this commitment.
We apply this way of thinking to all decisions made as a communications business and consider our impact on the environment, local communities, staff and clients to ensure we act safely, reliably and fairly in our operations.
We are committed to shaping a sustainable way of engaging with communications, for ourselves and for our clients, and believe that businesses serve more than the purpose of being profitable.

Our promise to planet
From our carbon neutral flooring to our demonstration kitchen made from sustainable wood, we ensure as a company that we reduce our carbon footprint and support the environment
We also source all ingredients for recipe development, food photography and client entertainment from local suppliers and make a conscious effort to reduce food waste as much as possible.
Recycling of office waste and sensor activated LED lighting also helps reduce our environmental footprint by limiting waste and wasted energy.
We also encourage our staff to use public transport when travelling to the office rather than driving, utilising the nearby train stations and many bus services.

These include the Cyrille Regis Legacy Trust (grass roots sport in the Midlands), British Transplant Games (organ donation), Change into Action (homelessness), Whitley Fund for Nature (conservation) and St John’s Ambulance.
Since 2021 we provided work experience virtually for hundreds of students and sixth formers and have engaged students with the communications industry through guest lectures at the University of Birmingham and through our mentoring activity.
We provide mentoring to the Government communications Network, UCB and the Kick Start programme.
