West Midlands Combined Authority appointed Liquid to support on a project to develop a series of cultural prospectuses and videos, to secure funding for arts and culture in the West Midlands and continue to grow and develop the creative sector. Our team worked closely with the Cultural team at WMCA on the project, which spanned market research, creative development, content creation, videography, and copywriting.
